Mrs. Zetterberg is in her fourth year of teaching and second year as the Associate Band Director at Klein Collins High School. Prior to joining the KCB, Mrs. Zetterberg taught Pre-K-5th grade elementary music in Waco ISD for two years. During her time in Waco, Mrs. Zetterberg served as the UIL Academic Coordinator and Specials Team Lead for her campus.
Mrs. Zetterberg directs the Symphonic Band, and Jazz Band, while also leading the Flute, Clarinet, and Saxophone courses, as well as co-teaching the marching band.
Mrs. Zetterberg is native to the Houston area and grew up attending school in Conroe ISD. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University with her Bachelors in Music Education in 2023. While at Baylor, Mrs. Zetterberg played the flute in the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and Chamber Ensembles, as well as the piccolo in the Golden Wave Marching Band, Courtside Players, and Fall Ball Band. She served as Piccolo Section Leader in the Golden Wave Marching Band for two years and was on Summer Staff.
Her professional affiliations include the Texas Music Educators Associations, and the Texas Band Masters Association.
In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and watching college football and basketball. Sic ‘Em Bears!
