What We Do

The primary purpose of the Band Association is to assist the Director of Bands in the development of excellence in music education, performance skills, and leadership in the band students.  This may include assisting in the organization and development of band activities and supporting participation in musical instrument clinics, UIL marching and concert competitions and any other special events that may be a part of the Klein Collins High School Band program.

How We Do It

Our members!  The members of Band Association volunteer their time and energy to support the Director of Bands and the band students in a myriad of ways.  We host several fundraisers throughout the year, chaperone band students to football games, help load and unload equipment, photograph band events, help build props, assist in ordering of rehearsal and spirit wear, host a band banquet, and publish news related to band programs and students to name a few.
