Biography
Joshua is originally from Houma, Louisiana where he graduated from Terrebonne High School and received his bachelors degree from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
Joshua began his color guard career at Terrebonne High School. He was a member of VooDoo Independent Winterguard for multiple years competing in WGI Independent A class. Joshua was a member of the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps for the 2017 and 2018 seasons. In 2019 Joshua was in the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corp, winning the George Zingali Award for best color guard at DCI World Championships. Most recently he just finished up his final winter guard season with Origins
World who were WGI Independent World Finalists for the 2022 season.
Josh began his teaching career at his alma mater Terrebonne High School, starting their winter guard program and quickly becoming LMCGPC champions. Joshua has worked at multiple programs across the southern United States including most recently Klein Oak High School and The Woodlands College Park High School. This will also be his first year on staff with the Louisiana Stars Drum and Bugle Corps for the 2022 DCI tour.
